Is that company still in business?
If yes, then that proves that companys with bad management do not fail necessarily.
(A fundamental assumption in business theory)
You just have to be less dumb than the dumbest 'still in business'/competitor.
My old publisher liked to do "3rd-Party" surveys of our readership. He had the trolls in the Marketing Department (myself included) create shell marketing companies and mail surveys out to our readers.
When we tallied the results and they showed how much our readers disliked publication, and hated him personally, he would say, "Oh, the data is wrong! I have the best magazine! These people are crazy!"
We would tell him, "But, they're your readers! They're telling you what's wrong." Once, he even threw the results in the garbage and told us to never bother him again, unless it was good news.
