That's nothing: When I first came to work as a clerk for "the company" I was banished to the library for two years for doing my work too fast, too accurate and with too much enthusiasm. I had to work next to someone who did her work so slowly she managed only to file one voucher an hour, and I was not allowed to surpass her. Lukily that allowed me to study to become a supervisor, then a project manager, then a manager/programmer, then of course things went downhill one I hit the IT side. But that's a different story.
