Doh, I don't get this one. Someone pls explain the third panel!Is that the original goatee guy?
Did he put on a dead animal or just grow his hair that way?
Does he expect Wally and/or others to copy him?

Ah the roadkill hair style. Probably catch on in the south.The first panel looks like a typical meeting with IT consultants.
