@travlisI recall something similar - I think it was Blaise Pascal who said: "I have made this letter longer than usual, only because I have not had time to make it shorter", or something like that. Well he probably said it in French, but near enough!

I know I send long emails at times. When you deal with people around the country who are computer illiterate and need help installing a program, it can get ugly.
