Is Dilbert part Klingon, Vulcan, or Romulan? I'm betting on Vulcan, because he's pretty much a genius, and too scrawny for Klingon. Then again, he does have that odd-shaped head...
On a related note, I assume this vaccination works by suppressing the release of hormones that trigger Pon Farr. However, if it was that simple, one would think the Vulcans would have come up with that vaccine eons before- Pon Farr is rather a pain to deal with, especially if one's in Starfleet or the Science Academy. Perhaps there are negative health side effects associated with a prolonged suppression of the seven-year cycle...?
More importantly still, though- what on earth is Dilbert to do now? And why has his Vulcan heritage waited until now to manifest itself? And how is it that he's part Vulcan (or something else) when the first friendly alien contact with Earth wasn't until 2063?
