@dynamicsnailWhats not to get? I think bosses are quite good at remembering the mistakes that their subordinates make.... and i would expect someone even as dumb as the PHB not to have amnesia.

@khpage, It's Catbert the evil Directer of Human Resources. You must be new here. But, yes the DHR in never responsible for what happens...it's sort of like janitorial services.
