@ ChinvikulWrong on two counts. a) What this strip means is that if you're not from these parts, boy, we'll treat you like sh*t no matter how good you are. and b) the Indians don't seem to be doing too badly, economy-wise, considering all their qualifications are, to paraphrase you, meaningless.
