I don't see how this can be a reliable file name format. If the files are stored in cloud storage, how are you going to know which is the nearest squirrel?

Both formats are illogical; the only logical one is the Japanese format of YYYY/MM/DD (which can be followed by /hh/mm/ss as necessary.

Frankly, I think Scott enjoys throwing these kind of morsels of contention to the wolves and observing the subsequent carnage.
