Scott may be saying that because the person has a shorter Telomere at a younger age, they have been working too hard and thus prime candidates for the PHB's team.

Regardless, this seems a little too smart for the PHB. :)

My department was planning a golf outing.
$50 for a day of team building and barbeques, and give the money to a charity we work with.
Then some of the team leads told their people they would have to take a vacation day for it.
(yes, even though it is a department event)
Now the workers are the bad guys for wanting their $50 back.

Where I work we have Clubs and "Spirit" events to promote activities outside of work. The only people who have time to participate seem to be Administration.
