@BritTim I heard a humorous version of this from Lenny Ravich in 2000 (http://www.aath.org/gold/ravich.html) when he gave a talk/show about his Gestalt-humor method for ICQ employees : "I'm always telling my trainees never to say 'a problem' but 'an opportunity'. Then the phone of one of them who is a doctor rang and he said he had to get back to the hospital because there are many opportunities there."
When I worked for IBM, I was told there was no such thing as a "problem". There were only opportunities. I guess, in the last frame, Dilbert might have said: "as it turns out, our power cables are not as insulated as we hoped; it seems as though we have a good opportunity here."
