Dogbert might be an engineer who joined the dark-side of business consultancy.As an engineer, he has formed a very methodical, but perhaps impractical solution to "leave no evidence".
If someone gives or takes a bribe, it makes them a criminal and opens the option of death, if Hollywood films are your reference.

Actually Dogbert makes a good moral point. If he kills the minister he can't carry out the bribe, and when he kills the briber justice has been served. Sort of like gettting rid of the evidence stops the crime. Government does this a lot.

@DesultoryPhillipicNo, clearly the CEO would hire a hitman to kill dogbert, and then another hitman to hit that hitman... and another hitman for that one... ultimately for the CEO it does all end out being free!
