Actually, stupidity may be trusting in the wrong person: Asok went to Wally expecting useful information? Should have know better. And no, wally didn't gave him an answer, he let Asok discover it for himself.
Compared to Wally, Budda was a hyperkinetic workaholic.
btw that is a nice paradoxe: asok trusted wally to get an answer. he got it, even if it was through some irony. which means that was not stupid to trust. but the answer was that trust=stupidity...
