We have to fill out our yearly goals during the annual review process. Not only our own but ones for the command (i'm a civilian working for government). It's kind of a stupid thing to do and to be honest I doubt they care what we think of the direction. That being said I have thought about saying what Wally said on many occassions but I have never put them in writing. It would be my luck they actual would read it on that occassion and I would be fired. LOL.

I'm a bit disappointed. Usually Wally is much more...subtle. This seems way too direct for him, though I do love the troll comment :)
