In this, we have the threee contrasts:

- He who loves his job [blue shirted Google Employee ] and his workwhom , has optimism and enuthusiam.
- He whom wants at least better working conditions, admires the blue shirted one, and and envy's him somewhat [ Dilbert ].
-And at the other extream, he whom hates all work - but only loves having the money his job brings as the polar opposite from the google employee [ Walley ], whom dilbert holds in some unspoken contempt.

That's nothing. The really annoying thing is that engineers and programmers have somehow fallen for the trick that it's perfectly okay to have the employer hold you 'till 11:30PM, if you are lucky. The employer just renames the whole year a "crunch period" and that's it, you can't complain. Are these guys awaere the work hour ends at 5:00PM. Are these guys aware that people may have lifes and have scheduled things for say 8:00PM?

Why do engineers and programers let this happen? Is it because engineers and programmers are by nature good guys with a heavy sense of responsibility? Or because there is lits of offer, because many kids want to become programmers?

@RxF - The engineers use their special powers to block the ads and web trackers, so the advertisers are deprived of feedback from that demographic. The resulting advertisements then skew wildly toward quackery and snake oil. It's the e-commerce equivalent of what engineers call an open loop.
