Everytime a colleague starts with "wouldn't it be a good idea to...?" I reply with "Yes!.... It wouldn't be a good idea." After 3 months everybody stopped asking me silly questions.

Uh, if you read the third panel, Dilbert did realize it was a suggestion. As a matter of fact, Dilbert uses the word "suggestions".
