Yeah, I don't think it follows that it will necessarily be the worst of both a tablet and a phone rather than the best.
I've been using an old-school Windows PDA with a stylus for note-taking on the job site for years and love it. If the Galaxy Note came to Verizon, I would be very tempted to switch to it, even with the upgraded cost of a smartphone plan.
Aw. I love my Dell Streak. Although, I've never met anyone else who bought one or even recognized one. Then they stopped making them. They really should have marketed these to women. It's pretty hard to lose it in your purse.

Unfortunately, I have to agree the PHB for once (as did some earlier comments): I actually own a Samsung Note, which matches the description of PHB quite well, and I wouldn't give it back for anything! It fills that niche well - and I find it very useful. But now, that I agree to PHB, I have to join HelmeetElGato asking myself: Should I be scared??
