Introverts with no social skills and aggressively would prefer to work with no social contact? Lets thrust them into small group dynamics where notions of *team* and the like are trumpeted, and expect those of us with personalities to have a whole added layer of responsibility to accommodate their idiosyncrasies.
The local PHB will hide and let Doesn’t Play Well With Others set the tone.
