Of course there is - show me the company that doesn't have them. The bosses get big bonuses and pay rises, while the workers are told "there's a recession on, so no rise this year". Their final salaray pensions are discontinued, but the bosses' pensions get 'merit' additions and share options. And you can bet that the directors' restaurant serves fine wine at lunchtime. Welcome to the real world!

Wait a minute, this must be a government business. When I was a consultant at the City of Toledo, employees pointed out a guy who had used city vehicles, full of legal documents, to acquire/drugs, alcohol and prostitutes. Still had a job!
