It seems to be very popular sending meeting invitations as emails and not as Outlook/Lotus Notes meeting invitations.

I must work in the same place. We get a weekly email, with several updates. None of the updates say what has changed. There can be a change of date, a new entry added or even just one of her typos fixed and you have to hunt to find the differences.And if you ever send an email to her to add on items like "Dave and I will be in a meeting on Tuesday..." it will be cut and pasted without checking it contains 'I'

Dilbert also can't make it to any other day everything can be re-scheduled for.
