I am SOOO thankful that back in the 90s the HR drones at HP couldn't see past my not having finished undergrad! I'd probably be sitting around worried about getting off-shored to pay Meg's bonus (not to mention Carly's, Patti's & Mark's severance) instead of ending up at a successful .com that valued actual talent/experience! looking back it's scary to think how close I came to NOT having a paid off house & rental condo today... heck, I might have even had to finance (or god forbid LEASE) the Lexus! man, really dodged a bullet there - I wish I remembered the woman's name so I could send her a thank you card for NOT hiring me 20 yrs ago... :D

The only thing unrealistic about this strip is that someone with those qualifications would be looking for a JOB, least of all at Dilbert's company.
