Managers say management sentences. These are meant to portray importance, but rarely have a touch on reality. The only real message is: "I'm an important manager".
That's it.

I can relate. The company I work for claims to love innovation but management tends to be in the way of us being innovative.

Every now and then, the strip reflects something that happened where I work. This is the best - I remember the meeting where those exact words were spoken...And I work in the Innovation and Enterprise department at a University!
