Sadly, this is all too true. My last job was just like that--and then the boss insulted us by insisting that we were "a team" and wondering why we didn't love working for her.

Entrepreneur: Huge Jerk that succeed because someone below had a successful idea and made it happen. The huge jerk will simply take the credit for it.
In the case of PHB his only hope is Dilbert.
