lousy attitude on part of applicant. If he got his tattoo after being hired, he would probably be subject to the job rules, at many employment places, which state that no visible tattoos orpiercings allowed during work hours. The tattoo reminds me of the tattoo on the man's
forehead in the movie "Blast from the Past"

In real life, in most corporations, I'm betting this guy's ap goes in the round file & he doesn't get this far, engineer or not.In any case, this site barely supports English, let alone computerese.
