I was thinking that truly informed = informed by truth = fact.

The sick thing is Wally's right. Why bother being informed when no one else is and yet they feel good?

@kaffekup @mirobiroI would say the difference between a Truly Informed Opinion and a Fact is
A Fact is already proven.
A TIO is a belief based on previous experiences and research - not fully proven. (Ask any Project Manager - they deal in TIOs and not facts...)
And IMO Walley is probably coming from a TIO, not just an opinion.
