I worked in a company where people were expected to interview already selected/rejected candidates.If Alice is expected to interview this fellow (going by PHB handing over the resume to Alice and just walking off), it's going to be one embarrassing interview from both sides.

Thats not necessarily true. You forget that the PHB used to line Dance using the alias Eunice.

Considering that guy looks wider than the PHB, I'd suggest he probably hasn't done any dancing... of any kind.
