I've often wondered about the passive/aggressive readers who can't see Alice in a single panel without shouting "fist of death!" in their comments. Now I see they're not into subtlety much, having failed to notice PHB's physical state in panel 3.

I know that Dilbert is insanely sincere, but I never knew that this is contagious.
CEO and PHB must have been infected.

Only once in my 20 years as an engineer have management ever got the right idea and offered staff more money. All the staff, not just those who had put in their notice.

And it worked. Many who were thinking of leaving for more pay/promotions actually stayed and got them at their current job.

Unfortunately, I had to leave for other reasons, but it did work.
