Maybe you know the situation, when your boss asks, why the hell the deadline you have set is so far in future when the project seems to be very easy to do... And you always have to mention HRFFTM - Human Resource Fail Factor Time Multiplier ... According my own little research this factor HRFFTM is touching 2.5 very often.
