Anyone can lead. Thats not the problem.The problem is: Where are you leading to?
Are you leading toward success or are you leading toward certain doom?
I wonder how many "leaders" would remain so if people that follow them stopped and ask themselves those 2 questions.
A dog can lead sheep toward a slaughterhouse. Doesn't mean is in the best interest of the sheep.
