Intuition is not the same as a Guess. In a guess you have no feeling of direction. With intuition you got a feeling of direction.
People say that the conscious mind is 10% and the subconscious mind is 90%.
But what if the conscious mind is just a terribly inefficient interface to communicate with others and the real work is done by the other 90% of our minds.
That means that the "intuition", "estimates", etc are just information that the mind has not yet being able to process enough for being translated by the interface, but translated enough to get a feeling of direction.
A guess, on the other hand had no real thinking process. We do not have a direction feeling.
This do not means that the intuition is right of wrong, but that is the result of thinking, not guessing.
However, (since it has not passed trough the interface of the conscious mind), is impossible for an individual to prove that the intuition is not a guess.
Well, you could trust your intuition and feel it's right - but who'll trust a guess? You'll guess when you have no information or intuition.
I guess this is a trap.
No, knowing Scott, my intuition says it is a trap.
