AXESMI is absolutely right. Think about it. The 99% of us don't get paid much for our hard work, and if we screw up, we get fired and are paid nothing at all.

But if you're a 1% pointy-headed CEO-type, you get paid megabucks for your work (and some do work hard, others not so much), and even if you screw up so badly they fire you, you get paid more than most of will make in their lifetime. So they get a big reward for !$%*!$%* up?
