I photoshopped high resolution clean images of all the managers signatures for my boss, and then showed her how to place and print only the signature on a document with her inkjet. My hope is that she eventually starts embezzling from the organization and lands up in the federal pen.
Catch up people. By Federal Law, electronic signatures (fax, email, electronically signed, etc) are all valid as original signatures due to the masssive, unseen electronic trail they leave. Much harder to forge than an ink signature.
