The secret goals have to be sneaked in sometime. Usually the boss mumbles something and we just put up with it. Then ten months later we find out the secret goal and the boss says, "but don't you remember the team event when I told you during the kayak peddling that you should hummpf mummf wordpf shulupf?". "Come on man, if you misunderstand something, you should be proactive about it and ask!".

In many countries, you are unknowingly violating some obscure law at all times.
That way, you can be legally arrested whenever it suits someone's fancy.
Many more countries than you would think, too.
